ClawTools is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will work correctly, be free of bugs, or be available at any particular time. Use it at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any data loss, account suspensions, or other consequences that arise from using ClawTools โ including from bugs, misconfigurations, or changes in Google's or Microsoft's APIs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawTools contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising from your use of ClawTools.
7. Contributing
By submitting code, documentation, or other contributions to the ClawTools repository, you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the MIT License. You confirm that you have the right to make the contribution and that it doesn't infringe any third-party rights.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
